Joanna Slomska, M.D. from the Clinic of Ophthalmology of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow and the Soroptimist International of Europe have donated ophthalmological equipment to the University Clinic of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University.

In this difficult time for Ukraine, such assistance is extremely necessary. Many people were displaced due to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. A large number of them live in the western regions now and this has led to an increase in the number of patients, in particular, with ophthalmic pathology.

Our specialists will use this equipment for free examination of internally displaced persons, military personnel and low-income patients.
