During March 8-9, a master class of representatives of the active-simulation training center of emergency medicine: "Mehad" took place on the basis of the Ivano-Frankivsk ODCL IFOR medical center, where modern approaches to the provision of emergency medical care were considered.

Yaroslav Semkovich, medical director of the ODKL, instructor of the emergency program of the French non-governmental organization UOSSM, conducted a master class for postgraduate students of the ONP specialty 228 Pediatrics (Nina Fokshanska, Kostyantyn Kovalenko, Pavlo Buyak and Oksana Dutchak) on the use of a mobile Wi-Fi ultrasound sensor in medical practice. which is an innovative portable wireless device for obtaining a color ultrasound Doppler image in real time and can be used in the most diverse areas of medical work.

In particular, it is about examination of small organs, thyroid gland, mini-invasive procedures under ultrasound control and provision of vascular access under ultrasound control, etc.

Everyone present at the master class had the opportunity to personally test the sensor in practice and, under the clear guidance of the instructor, conduct an ultrasound examination.

Similar trainings are planned in the future so that everyone who wants to can not only enrich their theoretical knowledge, but also master new technologies in practice.
