On May 13th, a working meeting was held with the participation of the rector of IFNMU, Roman Yatsyshyn, the head of the educational department, Roman Merena, the head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Roksolana Nesterak, the coordinator of clinical training of the university, Yevheniia Barchuk, along with the head coordinator of clinical training, Mykola Romanyshyn, and the head of the Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Center of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Hospital, Kateryna Zahorodnia.
On May 15, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University presented three new educational-professional programs in the specialty 223 Nursing, specifically "Cosmetology," "Nursing," and "Emergency Medicine/Paramedic."
On May 9, the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology hosted a brain ring titled "Pandemic of the Mind."
A cycle of practical classes in elective disciplines has been completed at the Department of Pediatric Surgery with Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery Course.
On May 14, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University hosted a working visit with Martin Raab, the director of the Ukrainian-Swiss project "Medical Education Development," Tetiana Chernysh, the head of the project office in Ukraine, Olena Ihnashchuk, the medical education coordinator, and Mladena Kachurets, the policy formation consultant.
On May 10, an online meeting took place between the rector of IFNMU, Roman Yatsyshyn, and representatives of the American company "Codebaby," which specializes in the development of medical avatars.
Mykhailo Pustovoit, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, and Medical Psychology, and Myron Mulyk, General Director of the Prykarpattia Mental Health Center, signed a Memorandum of International Medical Partnership with the management of Charité Clinics (Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin).
On May 13, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University received humanitarian aid from the Vietnamese people, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the Charitable Foundation "Pure in Heart."
Recently, representatives from the university, including Rector Roman Yatsyshyn, Acting Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Serhii Herashchenko, Acting Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Strategic Development Oleksandr Bulbuk, and Head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Roksolana Nesterak, met with the Medical Director of Resort Medical Park, Oleksandr Lishchyna.
