On April 8, the scientific commission of IFNMU once again held a meeting with the participation of external employers. Vice-rector for Scientific Work, Professor Vakalyuk I.P. welcomed the guests and noted the importance of close cooperation between stakeholders (practitioners and employers) and scientific and pedagogical workers of the university in improving the educational and scientific programs "Medicine" and "Dentistry" for the training of Doctors of Philosophy.
The guarantors - "Dentistry", professor T.M. Dmytryshyn, "Medicine", professor N.G. Virstyuk, reported on the peculiarities of the functioning of the educational and scientific program.

Lyubomyra Yaroslavivna Vodoslavska - Deputy Chief Physician for medical work of the communal institution "Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Cardiology Center".
Oleksandra Yaroslavivna Tsaruk - Owner of the medical center "Doctor Tsaruk".
Slugotska Iryna Volodymyrivna - Director of the communal non-profit enterprise Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Center of Palliative Care of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council.
Rudko Ihor Vasyliovych - Director of the communal non-profit enterprise "Regional Clinical Stomatological Polyclinic of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council".
Issues related to new promising directions of scientific research, modern diagnostic methods important for scientists were discussed. Stakeholders described the knowledge and skills that they believe are important in the preparation of PhDs. Special attention was paid to the formation of students' social skills, such as communication, self-realization, adaptation, and motivation to improve.
Interesting offers have been received from employers. In particular, Oleksandra Yaroslavivna Tsaruk - the owner of the medical center "Doctor Tsaruk" offered to hold a master class on the use of equipment for non-contact diagnostics. Iryna Zinovievna Ostapyak, director of the medical center «Simedgroup» recommended introducing the selective discipline "Psychological Aspects in the Work of a Scientist and a Doctor." The discussion also became lively regarding other proposals of the employers.
The provided recommendations are included in the decision of the scientific commission, and the ways of their implementation in the educational and scientific program will be formed.
