Rules of Entry and Residence of Foreign Citizens in Ukraine
WARNING! Сonsistently with Resolution of the CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE of October 21, 2022 No. 1202 Some issues of implementation of legislative acts in the field of migration in Martial law conditions, it was established that:
- temporary or permanent residence permits, except for those issued to citizens of the Russian Federation, the terms of which have expired or which are subject to exchange in accordance with the legislation after February 24, 2022, confirm the legal grounds for temporary or permanent residence in Ukraine and the right to enter to Ukraine for the period of martial law and within 30 calendar days from the date of its termination or cancellation;
- foreigners or stateless persons, except for citizens of the Russian Federation, who are obliged to submit documents for the exchange of such permits for temporary or permanent residence within 30 calendar days from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law in accordance with the procedure established by law;
